Blackcurrant and liquorice jam

Was given this idea by the ladies at my jam making course last week. Have just made it - warming, unusual, delicious...

...just steeped the last of the blackcurrants in red wine ready to make cassis for Christmas. (Yes its coming; get ready for lots of new courses!)
